Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure the Packaging
Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all screws and components are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
